After seeing Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins in Jacksonville before the Red Cross reunion last year, I was intrigued by the movie series. I stumbled upon one of the prequels in EPIX on The Roku Channel that Bruce Willis happens to be in, after I saw Jack Reacher last night. So I wrote it down as the movie to watch today. Having issues with streaming on my new TV, I just saw G.I. Joe: Retaliation via Roku app. This time at least the movie was on the screen from top to bottom. I enjoyed the movie for the most part aside from political plot I had trouble following. I kept thinking about Ukraine and wanting to fight there. The movie is much different than Snake Eyes. I was very impressed with the action scenes. I thought I had seen it all.
