Observing the success of Dr. Strange‘s sequel and his character in Spiderman: No Way Home, I jumped into the first movie which is in Redbox. Unexpected beginning and some surprises throughout. I didn’t think I would be very interested in how Stephen Strange weaves through Marvel’s stories, but now I’m discovering it was a missing link. Another new movie of Mark Wahlberg’s continued success, Infinite. This one starts off with timeless overtones of poetry and ends similarly. I don’t mean with the words necessarily, but with the philosophy and spirituality concepts we have been trying to explain or identify with on the blog. Mark Wahlberg is like the new Bruce Willis. This pair of movies was tailor made in their presentation to me with a similarly impressive timing and I’m looking forward to seeing more as the year develops.
