Houston Country
Today was a rough one. The turbulence was breaking through the Dramamine barrier, but I was ignoring it the best I could with country music mostly. As we landed to “Ain’t That Some” by Morgan Wallen during my first listen to the album though, I knew we were in for something strong. The first track on this album talks about an analogy with alcohol in a battle with sobriety and continues to dive deep into this possible meaning. I followed it with conviction throughout and was really loving the unison overdubs. The first hotel didn’t work however and my rage ensued until I got to the second hotel on the itinerary with a second reservation to precede the original plan. Getting ready for an early appointment in the morning and watching Friends.
